AKM Azharul Islam, aged about 69 is the Deputy General Manager (Admin) of the company. He has completed his Bachelors of Commerce Degree under Rajshahi University in the year 1972. After Graduation he joined as an Accountant at Alhaj Textile Mills Limited and then he was the Deputy General Manager (Administration) of the Company since long. He looks after Administration of the Company and also labor right issuing of the factory. He was the Secretary of Bangladesh Kapok Mills Limited. He started his career in Management Executive in the year 2007 and till now continues.
Mr.Islam acquired good knowledge in Deputy General Manager (Admin) Job of the Company.
Md. Selim Parvez LL.B, ACS

Md. SelimParvez is an Associate Member and a Member of the Dhaka Regional Chapter (DRC), Sub-Committee of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). Mr. Parvez is a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) & also has enriched himself through successfully completing LL.B from National University. He has participated in various national & international conferences, trainings & CPD programs.
Mr. Parvez has joined in Alhaj Textile Mills Ltd. as Company Secretary. Before joining in Alhaj Textile Mills Ltd. he worked in Electro Group as Company Secretary. During his solid service tenure, he has been working in the area of corporate governance, financial management, social compliance, stakeholder’s relations, regulatory management and public communications etc.
Apart from this Mr. Parvez is a widely travelled person in home and abroad. For flourishing his knowledge & insinuating new ideas, he had visited various countries in the world. He has engaged himself with various social activities and philanthropist activities.
Md. Akhtaruzzaman
Deputy General Manager (Maintenance& Production)
Md. Akhtaruzzaman, Deputy General Manager (Maintenance& Production) aged about 48 is the Deputy General Manager (Machineries & Production) of the Company. He has completed his Diploma in Engineering (Mech.) from Bangladesh Technical Education Board Dhaka in the year 1992& completed BSC in Textile Engineers & Technology (Major Yarn) in the year 2006 from (Distance) Tuition provide Edward University of USA. He started his service life from 1993 with Alhaj Textile Mills Ltd.
He has established himself as a Man of Sincerity with the management. During his Long Service, he acquired vast knowledge over Technical, Production Technology and Electronic works also. He started his carrier in Management Executive level in the year 2010.
